These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, and MyBASE, concerning the access and usage of the agency discounts.

 

A. We provide you with 3 services, including

1. printing ($1@page for black and white, $2@page for coloured);

2. Pre-booking; (With limited quota & first-come-first-served)

3. and $50 for 1.5 hours booking per head

if you use more than 1.5 hours, we will charge you based on the MyBASE general price list.

B. We may request you to provide information about your respective district.

 

C. We may generate and compile information about you. Personal data provided by you and all information generated and compiled by us about you from time to time is collectively referred to as "Your Data".

 

D. This campaign is only available for CAUSEWAY BAY BRANCH for all weekdays excluding Public Holiday.

E. You can enjoy a 10% discount for all F&B payments.

F. We may use Your Data for one or more of the following purposes from time to time:

 

1. Providing updates, services, products, facilities or activities (including our website) and matters relating to administration, management, operation and maintenance (including processing applications or requests for services, products, or activities);

2. Communicating with you (including responding to your enquiries or requests for information);

 

3. Marketing services, products, or activities;

 

4. Offering, managing and operating any membership, loyalty or reward programmes;

 

5. Administering and maintaining our website and diagnosing problems where necessary; and

 

6. Designing, reviewing, evaluating and enhancing our services, products, facilities or activities (including conducting research, survey and analysis for those purposes).

 

E. MyBASE reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of use. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions.

 

F. In cases of disputes, MyBASE is subjected to the right in making final decisions.
